Tromso Activities Hostel

The hostel offered a range of activities like a Midnight Sun photography tour and even an Aurora tour. the prices were affordable compared to other options and I even got to see reindeer on one of the trips. the hospitality of the owners, Robin and Naoko, was exceptional. They provided great solutions to any problems or questions I had and made me feel at home. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back.

The beds were missing duvets and some of the pillows were quite thin and old. the windows in the bedroom had mold on them, which was a bit off-putting.

The location of the hostel is great, as it is situated right in the center with a supermarket conveniently located in front of it. Guests can easily access food and cook in the well-stocked kitchen. the common living room provides a friendly atmosphere to meet and interact with other guests.

The volunteers in the hostel could be more welcoming and considerate towards guests, as mentioned in one of the reviews. .

The hostel had a great communal atmosphere, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. the common area was cozy and welcoming, and it was a fantastic place to relax and socialize. Plus, the hostel dog was the friendliest and cutest canine companion ever! the location of the hostel was superb. It was conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to explore and access all the attractions and amenities.

One of the disappointing aspects of the hostel was the lack of reception staff during the day. It was difficult to get information or assistance if no one was available at the reception.

The beds were comfy and the location was great - everything was within walking distance. the fact that the hostel offered northern lights tours was a major plus. We did two tours and they were both amazing. the guides were knowledgeable and the experience was unforgettable. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The overall layout of the hostel was strange and crowded, especially in the evenings. the bathroom facilities were poorly designed, with long waits to use the toilet or shower.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly and efficient staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the aurora tour organized by Robin and his wife was unforgettable, with snacks, hot drinks, and helpful assistance with our camera settings. the hostel itself was clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great location just a short walk from the city center. We definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Tromso.

Great location in the heart of town, close to all the attractions and activities. The hostel staff were helpful and suggested budget-friendly activities for me to enjoy during my stay. I made friends from different countries and had a wonderful time exploring the town together.
